FAQ
1. You do not need a webcamera
but a webcamera will help you.
2. You need a microphone and
head phones.
3. You can cancel 24 hours before
your lesson.
4. If you are not happy with the
lesson quality, we will return your
lesson points.
5. You need to check you
microphone and video in the
internet classroom BEFORE the
lesson. Please try to be 5 minutes
early to do this.
6. If you have questions, please
call 03-3677-7247 for technical
problems. If teachers are busy,
leave a message and we will return
your call very quickly to help you.
7. You must pay for your lesson
points before starting the course.
Payment can be made through the
post office or a bank by furikomi.
8. If you want to leave a message
for your instructor, please contact
him/her through Weblish at
teacher@weblish.net
9. You may buy more than 100
points, but in 2 packs or more.
Each pack is 20,000 Yen for 100
points.
10. When you win points, you will
see the new points on your
account statement.
Account statements are sent after
every lesson or at least once a
month to your email.
